Hey, you magnificent human!
Let me guess—you’re drowning in goal-setting advice that makes you want to yeet your to-do list into a black hole. SAME.
That’s so why The Neurodiversity Fairy is here with five fun, ridiculous, and actually do-able ways to keep your goals:
1. Keep It Tiny
The smaller, the better. No one says you have to write a novel in one sitting. Start with one sentence. ONE. Tiny steps are still steps!
2. Make It Weird
Water your plants while pretending you’re hosting a jungle survival show. 🐒 Organize your desk and narrate it like you’re on HGTV. Goals are more fun when you embrace the chaos.
3. Add Rewards
Who said rewards are only for kids? Smash that tiny goal and treat yourself to a snack, a TikTok binge, or a dramatic “I’m a star” speech to your mirror. 🌟
4. Forgive Yourself
Your goals don’t need to be perfect—neither do you. Progress beats perfection every time. Celebrate showing up, even if it’s messy.
5. Neurodivergent-Friendly FTW
Your brain is magical, not broken. Use tools that make sense for YOU, whether that’s a timer, colorful sticky notes, or screaming into the void (followed by a nap).
Remember: Goals are meant to help you, not stress you out. Pick a silly, shiny goal today and let’s crush it together!
With pixie dust and all the encouragement,
🧚♀️ The Neurodiversity Fairy
