Tips for a Top ADHD Morning

1) Get up straight away when your alarm goes off! Say an affirmation! Scrape your tongue!
2)Hydration is key – the first thing you need to do in the morning is hydrate.
3) High Protein Breakfast.
4)Get clothes ready and bags packed the night before and leave fnem in easy to access places that you can SEE – NOT PUT AWAY!
5) NO PHONE USE/SCROLLING! You may listen to music/podcast/affirmations but no social media!
6) Use extra alarms to show timings – I set reminders for “travel time” (these are accessible on most smart phone calendars now, either auto linked to maps – very helpful – or with multiple alarms.)

7) Set alarms/clocks 10 mins fast … this is really helpful!!
